The confidentiality obligations shall survive for a period of three (3) years from the date of disclosure.

Beyond chat

Chat with citations is the floor. Here is the rest.

Every document tool answers questions now. Fewer of them can summarize it, quiz someone on it, weigh it from either side, and draft the next version — off the same source, with the same citations.

Ask a question

Point at one document and ask it anything, grounded only in that document — with the citation attached to every claim.

Summary

The three-minute version of a forty-page document.

FAQ

Turn a dense document into the questions people actually ask about it.

Quiz

Test whether someone actually read it.

Pros and cons

Weighed from either side of the table — tenant or landlord, either party in an NDA.

Contract analysis

Parties, obligations, key dates, and the terms worth a second look.

Draft a new version

Start from an existing agreement and change only what you need to.

How it works

Three steps. No prompt engineering required.

01

Upload a document

PDF, Word, PowerPoint, a scanned image, even plain text. It gets parsed into pages and sections we can point back to later.

02

Ask a question, or pick an action

Chat with the document directly, or run one of the built-in actions: summary, FAQ, quiz, pros and cons, contract analysis, or a fresh draft.

03

Get an answer with a source

Every claim links back to the page and passage it came from. Click it and check for yourself, instead of taking our word for it.

Try it

Ask a sample document. Watch it cite the exact clause.

Pick a question about this sample lease and see the answer trace straight back to the line it came from — the same receipt you get on your own documents.
